At Onye Auto ECU, we are committed to providing top-tier products and services for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECU) and Powertrain Control Modules (PCM) for all makes and models, including both domestic and import vehicles. Our expertise in repair, re-manufacturing, and sales ensures that you receive reliable, high-quality solutions. 1. No Refund Policy

Due to the technical and specialized nature of ECUs and PCMs, all sales, repairs, and remanufacturing services provided by Onye Auto ECU are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a transaction is completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Purchase of new or remanufactured ECUs or PCMs.
  • Payment for repair or re-manufacturing services.
  • Any labor or diagnostic fees associated with ECU/PCM services.

This policy ensures that our customers receive uncompromised products and services, specifically tailored to their vehicle’s needs. We encourage customers to carefully verify the specifications and compatibility of products before completing a purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

While refunds are not available, we understand that in rare cases, a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. As part of our customer care commitment, we offer an exchange policy that allows you to exchange any purchased ECU or PCM within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:
    • Products must be in their original condition, free of any physical damage, tampering, or alteration.
    • The ECU/PCM must not have been installed improperly or subjected to conditions beyond its intended use.
    • The customer must provide the original purchase receipt or proof of transaction.
  • Inspection Process:
    • All returned products will be thoroughly inspected by our team of experts to verify their condition and eligibility for exchange.
    • Any sign of tampering, modification, or improper installation may disqualify the product from being exchanged.

3. Conditions and Guidelines for Exchange

If a product qualifies for an exchange, the following terms will apply:

  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.
  • Product Availability:
    • Exchange requests are subject to the availability of replacement units. If an exact replacement is not in stock, we may offer a comparable model.
    • If the desired model is out of stock, customers may opt to wait for the product to become available or select an alternative.
  • Price Adjustments:
    • If the replacement ECU/PCM is of greater value than the original, the customer will be required to pay the difference in price.
    • If the replacement unit is of lesser value, we will issue a store credit for the price difference, which can be applied toward future purchases or services.
  • Condition of Return:
    • The product being exchanged must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased. The unit must not show any signs of wear, installation damage, or modifications.
    • All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included with the returned product.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products and services are not eligible for exchange. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom-tuned or modified ECUs/PCMs: Products that have been specifically programmed or modified to meet custom requirements are final sale and cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect that is directly related to our workmanship.
  • Damaged or tampered products: Any product showing signs of tampering, physical damage, or improper installation will not qualify for exchange.
  • Labor and diagnostic services: Fees associated with diagnostic work, labor, and installation are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Warranty Information

At Onye Auto ECU, we take pride in the quality of our remanufactured and repaired products. All ECUs and PCMs that are repaired or re-manufactured come with a standard warranty, ensuring peace of mind for our customers. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be provided at the time of purchase or service.

Should you encounter any issues covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the faulty unit at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors unrelated to our workmanship.
